Grand Opening Ceremony for the
13th Annual Food & Wine Festival


On the evening of Wednesday, November 7th 2007, a gala event will be held in The Crystal Dining Room of The 1886 Crescent Hotel. The event will begin at 7pm and end at 9pm. The evening will be open to all of the Eureka Springs Hospitality Staff, Festival Participants and our valued guests of Eureka Springs. Packets of festival information will be handed out to all that attend, in order that complete information is distributed for this city wide extravaganza. During the event, celebrated artist James Yale will have is art on display for all to enjoy. Spotlighted wines will be poured at $5.00 per glass and small plates of Hordv's will be available at a nominal charge. Come celebrate with us as this is our time to shine and show off.

Thursday Nov 8th, A formal wine class will be presented from 6 to 8pm in the Conservatory. There will be eight wines for this event, along with Hordv's.
The cost is $50 per person, reservations are required.

On that Friday Nov. 9th, The Crystal Dining Room will offer a multi course meal paired with wines from Ambullneo Vineyards. One of the owners,
Dr. Steve Jones will be on hand to talk about his wines in a fun and informative manner. Dinner will be served from 5pm to 9pm. Reservations for this
event are required.

On Sunday Nov. 11th, The Crystal Dining Room will showcase a selection
of Champagne and Sparkling Wine cocktails to enjoy with our elegant
Sunday Brunch. Brunch is served from 9:30am to 2pm, reservations are
highly recommended. The cost for our Food and Wine Weekend
Sunday Brunch is $19.95.
